We’re excited to announce that ICS is again opening its competition for Pay for Success Technical Assistance focused on early childhood programs. ICS’s technical assistance will help states and local governments determine whether to pursue PFS financing to expand services for young children and their families. This technical assistance includes beginning the significant groundwork needed to launch a procurement process for PFS if this model is found feasible. As with past cohorts of state and local governments that we have served, ICS will work with jurisdictions to conduct feasibility studies over a 9-12 month period.
Applications for technical assistance are due February 17, 2017. ICS will conduct three webinars to describe the application process and answer questions –
- December 13th, 2016 at 3:00 pm ET;
- January 13th, 2017 at 3:00 pm ET;
- January 30th, 2017 at 12:00 pm ET
