Institute for Child Success Adds to Advisory Council

GREENVILLE, S.C. (November 19, 2013) – The Institute for Child Success has added new members to its Advisory Council, which met with the ICS Board of Directors in Columbia yesterday. Dr. Kent McGuire, President and CEO of the Southern Education Foundation in Atlanta, was the keynote speaker. ICS Board Chair Susan Thomson Shi said: “ICS is pleased to welcome the new members of our Advisory Council and we are grateful for their time, their commitment to our work, and their passion for improving the lives of children, prenatal to age 5. We look forward to working with them for years to come as we have been privileged to work with those who have been a part of this council for some time already. We could not do the work we do without the passion, enthusiasm, and guidance of these volunteers.”
