Kaitlin leads outcomes-based initiatives at the Institute for Child Success, aligning public, private, and philanthropic funding to strengthen maternal health and early childhood systems. She oversees major projects, including Hello Family and the U.S. Treasury SIPPRA portfolio, designing scalable strategies and cross-sector collaborations that expand access to supports for families. Before joining ICS, Kaitlin held leadership roles in nonprofit early childhood systems and began her career as an early childhood educator, experiences that continue to shape her approach to systems design, team leadership, and building structures that help families and professionals thrive.
