Amber Posey Fishel is a Policy Research Associate and is based out of Greenville, SC. She previously held the position of Associate of Operations and Finance.

Amber returned after spending 10 years in Charleston, SC–during which time she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the College of Charleston and split her focus on professional pursuits, in the legal tech industry as an administrative manager, and creative interests, acting as collaborative organizer in a biannual music and arts festival at the historic Old City Jail. When she is away from the ICS family, Amber spends her time sculpting delicious cake creations and scouring craft stores for art supplies.
